Sarcee Meadows, one of the largest co-ops in Canada, has been a well established community since 1971.

Situated in south-west Calgary, it offers easy access to all amenities: such as schools, shopping, churches, Mount Royal University, Glenmore Park and bus service to downtown.

Its 35 acre site offers spacious surroundings in a park-like setting. The complex is made up of 380 two storey, townhouse-style structures offering 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Monthly housing charges include all utilities, except phone and cable and one parking stall with power. Each unit is equipped with a dryer, stove and refrigerator.  Recycling is picked up at your unit every two weeks and the cost is also included in your monthly housing charges, as well as a membership in Rutland Park Community Association.

There is a large playground as well as several tot-lots throughout the complex.
